seasonal touches, such as pumpkins in the fall, and gourmet coffee and hot chocolate in
the winter months.

Our agreement with you is percentage-based: if it isn’t rented, you don’t pay.
The monthly percentage-investment includes our labor and staffing for:
cabin cleaning
mowing & grounds up-keep (gardening and snow removal not included)
basic maintenance and/or basic maintenance calls
online promotions via our web site (Premier-Cabins.com) and Internet word search
positioning on Google
online reservations and availability via Webervations
telephone and email support for your customers.
*We will ensure that your cabin stays stocked with cleaning supplies, light bulbs, batteries, toilet paper and paper towels, and conveniently send the receipt for the supplies with your statement at the end of the month so you don’t have to bother.
